Join us in beautiful Snohomish, WA to sample local craft beverages surrounded by mountain views.  Following is the list of this year’s participants, keep checking back as more breweries are added.

BREWERY RESPONSIBILITY 

  • There is NO table fee

  • Brewery is responsible for transporting all beer/cider to/from event

  • Brewery provides all necessary pouring equipment including jockey boxes, cooling buckets, run-off buckets, etc

  • Brewery provides pourers for duration of the day - if unable to do this, please let us know and we will coordinate pourers 

  • When possible, please bring 1/6-barrel kegs to ensure little to no waste post-event

  • Brewery will provide list of beers that will be poured at the festival three weeks in advance. River's Edge will send an email to gather that information.

  • Load In will start at 12pm, please be ready to pour by 2:00pm

  • Load out will be at 9:00pm, once we have closed the event

  • Brewery agrees to the use of your logo on all marketing materials related to the River's Edge Brewfest. Please attach your logo here:

RIVER'S EDGE BREWFEST RESPONSIBILITY

  • River's Edge Brewfest is a 503(c) organization #91-1327840, which allows us to purchase kegs & bottles at wholesale price

  • River's Edge Brewfest will pay for tapped kegs/opened bottles upon completion of event. Please notify event staff if tapping a keg within 1 hour of close of event. Donations are also welcome!

  • River's Edge Brewfest will provide signage for you to display 2 months in advance of event

  • River’s Edge Brewfest will provide a 10×10 tent and one (1) 8-foot table with table cloth

  • River’s Edge Brewfest will provide ice throughout the event.

  • River’s Edge Brewfest will provide tokens for collection, token collection bins, bottled water, etc. for brewers

  • River's Edge Brewfest will communicate tickets sold 6 weeks in advance, to help you understand the amount of beer to bring

We are dedicated to supporting underprivileged youth in our community by providing them access to soccer equipment and gear, and helping them foster a sense of belonging, teamwork, and leadership skills. Plus, every thing you donate goes directly back to the kids, ensuring that your contribution makes a meaningful impact. We would love to have your support!
